Like a lot of good ideas, Salida's New Belgium FIBArk Whitewater Festival evolved over a cup of coffee (or glass of beer). Now in the 62nd year, FIBArk continues to draw international competitors and 1000's of visitors to Salida every year. This festival is about History, Great Beer, Wild Boats, Free Music and Mountain Folk. This four day festival welcomes all generations to a great time and positive vibe. Competitions in every aspect of boating is the history of this festival but a parade, a hill climb, a skate completion, a Hooligan race, a pancake breakfast, a carnival and so much more have made FIBArk what it is today. So come one come all to the most fun you may ever have on father's day weekend!
