|Denver, Colorado's capital, sits on the edge of the Rocky Mountains and the Great Plains. Approximately 2.4 million people live in the metro area and it is the largest city in the Mountain Time Zone and also the 10th largest metro area in the country.

Denver has numerous museums and galleries, the most famous being the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. Denver also has a zoo and a children's art museum for anyone with children. In addition, Denver is home to one of our nation's only two mints which you can take a tour of. Denver is easy to get to by air with its state of the art airport, Denver International Airport (DIA), which was built to resemble Denver's neighboring mountains.
