This is a great beginner run, the rapids are easy pool drop class II. The road runs the length of the run so it is easy to get out of the river if need be. |

| Shuttle Logistics: |
Put In: In Coloma on Highway 49 put in at Coloma State Park.
Take Out: From the put in drive north on Highway 49 and turn left onto Lotus Road. In 1.5 miles turn right onto Bassi Road, follow this road to Lotus Campground.
