| Shuttle Logistics: |
Take Out: From Redding, on I-5, take Route 299 towards Weaverville for 50 miles. Then turn north onto Route 3, drive about 35 miles north towards the outpost to Coffee Creek. A few miles before Coffee Creek outpost, at the north end of Trinity Lake, turn right onto East Side Road. Drive 8 miles on the road and cross the bridge over the East Fork Trinity. On river left take a left onto the road lead upriver, go a few miles to a bridge across the river at Whipple Ranch, this is the take out.
Put In: From the take out return to Route 3, turn north and drive for 8 miles. Turn onto Ramshorn Road, drive 7 miles to the put in at Mumbo Creek. |
