Take Out: From Vallecito drive down the Camp 9 Road, cross the bridge over the river and drive up the river left side on a dirt road. Take out is at the powerhouse.
Put In: Finding the put in can be very difficult. From the take out continue upriver on the dirt road until the Forebay turnoff is reached, turn right here and start tracking the mileage. Drive 7.5 miles to the trail head, the trail starts as a road and in about .5 miles it turns into a trail. Hike down the trail for a couple miles to reach the river. |
