Put In:  Redcliff
Take Out:  Tigawan Rd above Minturn
Difficulty:  Class IV , Class V
Gradient:  120 ft/mi
Run Length:  4 miles
Flow Information (phone):  Watertalk 303-831-7135, 5*, 15*. Eagle River at Redcliff, CO.
Good Level:  300 to 500 cfs
Streamflow Comments:  This section is class IV+/V below 400 cfs and class V-/V at flows above 400 cfs. Flows for this river are dependant on current snowpack
Season Comments:  May, June, July
Primary Season:  This section of river runs during the peak snowmelt season
Permit:  No permit required
Character/Similar To:  This section is fast moving class IV/V with some scenery, the scenery ends once you have entered the private mining area.
Hazards:  Several log hazards, as well as a low bridge hazard where several railroad ties and other debris have fallen into the river. Rafts can make this run with expert paddlers on board.
