The last access point, Gin Hole Landing, is on a military reservation, and requires a permit fro access. To obtain a premit, call (850) 882-4164.

Shuttle Logistics: 

Take-out: From Crestview, take Fl 85 South across the Shoal River. Turn right onto Rattlesnake Bluff Road. Follow the road for about 4.5 miles and look for a two-track sand road leading right to Gin Hole Landing 0.3 miles to the Yellow River. There may or may not be a sign on a tree at the turn.

Put-in: From Crestview, Take US 90 East to the bridge over the Shoal River and the Ray Lynn Barnes boat launch, on the west side of the bridge.
