From Hwy 95, Follow the road up Hazard Creek and continue along Hard Creek. The road climbs up a canyon wall and then heads back to the creek. When the creek appears, look for an easy place to put in.

| Hard Creek on the Little Salmon River |
Hard Creek begins gently and picks up as it drops into a canyon. The rapids are steep and the run is choked with boulders. Expect to bounce off of a few of them. The lines are tight and the portages are tough.
