Put-in: Just below Hells Canyon Dam on the Idaho-Oregon border, some 22 miles north of Copperfield, Oregon via Hwy 71.
Take-out: Go south on Idaho 71 to Cambridge, north on US 95 to Lewiston, south on Washington 129 to Asotin, then upriver on the paved and gravel road along the Snake some 23 miles to the Heller Bar or Grande Ronde boat ramps. |
