Put In:  Frog Pond
Take Out:  Kendrick High School
Difficulty:  Class II , Class III
Gradient:  45 feet per mile
Run Length:  8 miles
Good Level:  300-1000 cfs
Streamflow Comments: 
Season Comments:  February, March, April
Primary Season: 
Hazards:  Watch for fences; the river meanders through agricultural areas.
Water Craft:  kayak,wwcan,raft
Land Ownership:  Most of the land is private; please respect land owners. The man living next to Frog Pond is happy to allow users access but likes to be asked.
Location:  In the Rocky Mtn Region (ID), of
Shuttle Logistics: 

Head up Hwy 3 from Kendrick to where the road P1 breaks off to the right. Follow P1, but not across the bridge. Stay on Cedar Ridge Road (river road) for a couple of miles past the small concrete bridge. There is a pullout on the left. Head over the small hill and down to the river.


Lower Run on the Potlatch River

A nice run with straight forward rapids.
