| Shuttle Logistics: |
Put-in: From St. Maries, Idaho, drive upstream along the north bank some 50 miles on St. Joe River Road (Forest Hwy 50) to Avery. Just east of Avery, go north on USFS Road 456 and continue all the way upstream some 10 miles to the put-in at Loop Creek.
Take-out: The Saint Joe Confluence is located just a few miles east of Avery.
