To get to the put-in from Stanley: 1. Head north on Wall St toward Eva Falls Ave 213 ft 2. Turn left at ID-21 S/Eva Falls Ave 18.0 mi 3. Turn right at Lola Creek Campground Rd 174 ft 4. Take the 1st right onto Cape Horn Rd/Natl Forest Develop Road 008 Rd/Seafoam Rd 0.4 mi 5. Turn left at National Forest Development Rd 008/Seafoam Rd 1.8 mi 6. Turn right to stay on National Forest Development Rd 008/Seafoam Rd 11.3 mi 7. Turn left at National Forest Development Rd 010/Seafoam Creek Rd 2.1 mi Seafoam Creek The take-out is the same for the Middle Fork of the Salmon.

This is a class V wilderness steep creek. It is choked with logs; some blind corners sweep into log jams. A scout from an airplane would be a good idea. A hike to the put-in is required.
