| Shuttle Logistics: |
Put-in: From St. Maries, Idaho, drive upstream along the north bank some 50 miles on St. Joe River Road (Forest Hwy 50) to Avery. USFS Road 218 follows the right bank from Avery all the way upstream some 8 miles to the put-in at Turner Flat Campground.
Take-out: Packsaddle Campground is located some 4.5 miles north of the put-in on USFS Road 218.
