Because this section is narrow with many blind corners, it is prone to log jams. This is especially true in the spring when the water is high. |

There are several primitive and developed campgrounds along the way. If you combine this with the Grand Jean run it can be a nice overnight trip. |

| Shuttle Logistics: |
Take-out: From Boise get on the Banks-Lowman highway 21 and go east about 5 miles from Lowman Idaho to Kirkham Hot Springs Campground. Leave a car here and proceed to the put-in. Put-in: Continue about 17 miles upstream to Bonneville Host Springs Campground. The put-in is about 1/2 mile downstream of the Campground entrance.
