Take Out:  Anderson Bridge
Difficulty:  Class I
Run Length:  38 miles
Current Streamflow:  822 cfs @ 05/26/2012 11:15 AM - Judith River nr mouth, nr Winifred MT, reading taken from USGS
Good Level:  100-300 cfs

Location:  In the Rocky Mtn Region (MT), of
Shuttle Logistics: 

To get to the put-in from Denton:

Head east on Hwy 81 to where the bridge crosses the river.

 

To get to the take-out from Winifred:

Head west on Judith River Road to the bridge. 


Judith River on the Missouri River

This is an isolated float through ranch country.  Watch for barbed wire fences.  There are a couple of class II rapids at certain flows.
