Put in at the Kootenai Falls parking lot just off of Hwy 2. Take out at the Troy bridge.

| Kootenai Falls and the Gorge on the Kootenai River |
Fifteen foot Kootenai Falls empty into a two mile Class III-IV gorge. There are a couple of fun play holes about a half mile below the dam. The last two miles slow down to take you to the bridge.
