Take out: From I-5 take the Brownsville exit onto Oregon 228. Follow this road through Brownsville, 5.8 miles past Brownsville turn into McKercher Park. Take out at the most upstream end of the park because there is a class IV rapid just below this point.
Put In: From the take out continue down Oregon 228. When you reach the town of Holley take a right onto Upper Calapooia River Road, from here there are a few take outs. The put in is 3.6 down the road at bridge, you can also put in 1.3 or 1.7 miles further down the road. |
