Put In: From I-84 take Oregon 82 north until you reach the town of Elgin. Put in at the bridge on the north end of town.
Take Out: From the put in take Oregon 82 and turn north onto Oregon 204. Continue north onto Palmer Junction Road, take out about .5 miles below Palmer Junction at a campsite on river left. |
