There is no gauge for Jordan Creek. If the Wilson River near Tillamook gauge reads 3,000 cfs and is going up or 5,000 cfs and going down then Jordan Creek should be runnable. |

Jordan Creek is a great introduction to creek boating, the drops come in quick succession and they should all be scouted. Because of the narrowness of this creek wood is constantly a problem. Low water offers many fun tight slots, high water offers many big holes and a continuous nature. |
| Hazards: |
The only real hazards on this section are logs and brush over-hanging into the river. This run can be very difficult for beginner creek boaters at high levels. |

| Shuttle Logistics: |
Take Out: From Tillamook drive east on Oregon 6 until Jordan Creek Road. The take out is at the confluence of the Wilson and Jordan Creek.
Put In: Drive up Jordan Creek Road for 5 miles, you will cross over the creek many times on the way to the put in. The road becomes washed out at mile 5, you can either hike the remaining miles to run the hardest drop on the run in the upper gorge or you can put in at the end of the road. |
