Put In: From I-84 take the La Grande exit 261. Turn left towards town, at a five way stop turn right. In one block take a right onto Spruce Street, continue down this road about 1 mile until you reach River City Park.
Take Out: From I-84 take Oregon 82 north until you reach the town of Elgin. Take out at the bridge on the north end of town. |
