This section of creek is very demanding. There are many class IV/V drops with no pools to seperate them. Wood is always present, because of would there will most likely be a few portages. At flows above 400 cfs eddies are few and far between. Take extreme caution on this creek. |

In the Pacific Region (OR), 103 miles (2 hours 1 minute) South of Salem |
| Shuttle Logistics: |
Take Out: From I-5 take exit 174 near Cottage Grove, follow Row River Road east towards Disston. In Disston take Brice Creek Road upriver about 8 miles to Champion Creek Road and a bridge crossing the creek, the take out is under the bridge.
Put In: Continue upriver for 2.4 miles to the next bridge, put in below the bridge. |
