Because this section of river is dam-controlled floods no longer washout fallen trees, there are a few river wide logs they may need to be portaged. Some boaters like to scout the class III rapids below the Pengra covered bridge. |

| Shuttle Logistics: |
Take Out: From Springfield on OR 126 turn south onto 32nd street, this will soon turn into Jasper Road. The take out is in Jasper on the Middle Fork Willamette in Jasper County Park.
Put In: From the take out return to Jasper Road and continue upstream. Turn onto Fall Creek Dam Access Road and follow the signs to the put in. |
