Take Out:  Blackwell
Difficulty:  Class I

Character/Similar To:  Generally an uncomplicated float with some riffles, long pools and one Class II-III drop.
Hazards:  Owassee Rapid-for beginners
Water Craft:  kayak,wwcan,raft
Land Ownership:  Mixed public and private
Wilderness:  No
Camping on River:  Primitive sites available some 9 miles downstream from the put-in. Camping is not permitted in Leonard Harrison State Park or on private land but is permitted on state forest and game land.
Location:  In the Mid-Atlantic (PA), 145 miles North of Harrisburg
Shuttle Logistics:  Put-in: Located at the Big Meadows access area in Ansonia where Route6 crosses Little Pine Creek. There's a gauge located at this bridge.

Take-out: Located where Route 414 crosses the river.
