| Shuttle Logistics: |
Take Out: From the town of Gold Bar, follow US 2 east for about 2 miles to the bridge over the Skykomish. Just east of the bridge, turn south onto a dirt road leading to Big Eddy access.
Put In: From the take-out, drive east on US 2 for a little under 5 miles and turn right onto Mt. Index Road just before US 2 crosses the Skykomish again. Proceed about a half a mile to the parking area and then hike down the trail to the put-in. |
