Take Out:  Beaver Creek
Difficulty:  Class III
Gradient:  25 ft/mi
Run Length:  5 miles
Flow Information (phone):  National Weather Service; 304-746-0180.
Good Level:  675-2,000 cfs
Permit:  None presently required.
Character/Similar To:  This section of the Tygart provides Class III fun for intermediates not yet up to the other sections of the Tygart.
Hazards:  Undercut rocks creating pinning potential.

Location:  In the Mid-Atlantic (WV), 126 miles Northeast of Charleston
Shuttle Logistics:  Put-in: Under the US 33 bridge at Norton reached from US 250 just north of its junction with US 33. Turn west and head down and around the hill to the left.

Take-out: Three miles north of US 250, south of Junior, WV, where the highway bridges Beaver Creek.
