Primary Season:  Regulated by Jackson Lake Dam but benefits from upstream tributaries.
Permit:  Currently there is a $3 voluntary donation at the put-in.
Character/Similar To:  Easily the most popular section on the Upper Snake has greater volume providing challenging Class III whitewater that can become Class IV when the river swells above 15,000 cfs.

Camping on River:  Several campgrounds are in the area but no camping on the river.
Location:  In the Rocky Mtn Region (WY), 400 miles Northwest of Cheyenne
Shuttle Logistics:  Put-in: US 89/26 follows the run and provides access to West Table Creek some 24 miles south of Jackson, Wyoming.

Take-out: US 89/26 follows the run and provides access to Sheep Gulch some 32 miles south of Jackson, Wyoming.
