| Shuttle Logistics: |
Put-in: Turn east of Hwy 101 north of Ukiah, California, at Calpella and follow Hwy 20 five miles. Turn left on Potter Valley Road, running along the East Fork of the Russian River. At the town of Potter Valley turn right onto the Eel River Road and continue to the bridge across the Eel. Put-in at the Elk Mountain Road bridge Across the Eel a mile downstream from Scott Dam. There is an alternate access at Benmore Creek, about a half a mile downstream.
Take-out: Bucknell Creek is accessible only from the south bank road. |
