| Shuttle Logistics: |
Put-in: From the small town of Sierra City, California, off Hwy 49, take the poorly marked road to Wild Plum Campground and turn right. Continue about one mile to the bridge across the river, park and put-in on river left.
Take-out: At the small town of Downieville, California, off Hwy 49 from Nevada City, pull into the parking lot on the right and the river is a short walk from this point. There is an alternate put-in at the Shangri-La bridge about 4 miles upstream. |
