Put-in: Turn south off I-80 just west of Truckee onto Hwy 89 toward Lake Tahoe. Put-in 11 miles upstream, at the picnic area just downstream from Alpine Meadows Road. River Ranch is just upstream and is often crowded.
Take-out: Located at the Hwy 267 bridge just outside of Truckee. |
