| Shuttle Logistics: |
Take Out: From Fresno, drive east about 17 miles on California Highway 180 to Centerville. Turn left onto Trimmer Springs Road and continue to Kirch Flat Campground. From Kirch Flat Campground continue driving upriver for about 9.5 miles to the access point just below Garnet Dike Campground. This road becomes rough in some areas.
Put In: From Fresno, drive east on California Highway 180 and continue about 16 miles past Grant Grove Village to Yucca Point. From here hike 2 miles down the trail to the put-in. From the take-out at Garnet Dike Campground return to Piedra on Trimmer Springs Road and turn south onto Elwood Road. Take Elwood Road to California Highway 180, turn east and continue to Yucca Point. |
