| Shuttle Logistics: |
Put-in: From I-70 at Silverthorne, head north on Hwy 9 towards Kremmling, CO. Turn west off of Hwy 9 on Trough Road which is about .5 mile south of the Hwy 9 bridge crossing the Colorado. Proceed about .5 mile on this dirt road to a gate on the right hand side of the road. Go through the gate for about 1.2 miles to the put-in area. This road can be rough but is navigable by passenger cars
Take-out: Return to Trough Road and turn right. Continue about 10 miles down Trough Road and turn right at the road marked "Pumphouse". Continue 1.5 miles to the river. Fee camping is available including outhouses, picnic tables, and fireplaces. |
