| Shuttle Logistics: |
Put-in: From Orofino, Idaho, follow US 12 southeast about 7 miles to Greer, then turn east on Idaho Hwy 11 and drive about 40 miles to Headquarters. Take paved USFS Road 247 north to the river and cross the bridge. A USFS Road follows the right bank upstream about 30 miles to Weitas Creek Campground.
Take-out: Follow the same USFS Road stated above upstream about 9 miles from the bridge to Quartz Creek. To avoid Irish Railroad Rapid, take-out at Washington Creek Campground about 20 miles upstream from the bridge. |
