| Shuttle Logistics: |
Put-in: To reach the River Junction access, follow Hwy 200 east from I-90 about 40 miles, then turn south on a side road that crosses Scotty Brown Bridge. The road continues roughly 8 miles to the put-in. There are several alternate accesses, all of which are via Montana Hwy 200.
Take-out: Johnsrud Park is just north of the McNamara Bridge (Hwy 200) over the Blackfoot about 11 miles east of I-90. For alternate accesses contact the Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks, 3201 Spurgin Road, Missoula, MT 59801; 406-542-5500. |
