Put-in: From La Grande, Oregon, take OR Hwy 82 north to Minam. Put-in on the left bank below the OR Hwy 82 bridge over the Wallowa River.
Take-out: From Minam, Oregon, head east on OR Hwy 82 to the town of Enterprise. Take OR Hwy 3 north some 32 miles, turn left at the Flora/Troy junction and head toward Troy. |
