Flows are very regulated by Wickiup Reservoir. From mid-April to mid-October the Deschutes River will be at summer time flows which can vary between 1,500-2,000. Winter time flows will be between 450-900. |

Take-out: From US 97, about 2 miles north of La Pine, Oregon, turn west onto Forest Road 43(located at a sign to the Wickiup Reservoir). Continue on Forest Road 43 until about 1/2 mile before the bridge spanning the Deschutes River. take a right on Forest Road 4350. Follow the signs to pringle falls campground.
Put-in: Return to Forest Road 43 and continue east over the bridge spanning the Deschutes and take your first left after the bridge, Forest Road 4370. This road leads to Wyeth campground and take-out. |
