| Shuttle Logistics: |
Put In: Oregon Highway 224 follows the river providing many alternate access points to customize your run. To reach the put in at Three Lynx power station take Hwy 224 southeast out of Estacada. Follow the river upstream to the Three Lynx power station and continue about 1/4 of a mile past the power station to Sandstone Road. Put in on the left bank at the Sandstone Road Bridge also known as the upper Highway 224 bridge.
Take Out: Memaloose Scaling Station is the last take out possible on the Upper Clackamas. Traveling southeast from Estacada on Hwy 224 proceed to the upper end of North Fork Reservoir. Continue for about 2 miles past Promontory Park and turn onto the dirt road to the river and the scaling station. |
